Training Process at Arrays Education
Our courses at Array’s Education, designed by industry experts, provide a never before flexibility and continuous support till the completion of the course. The syllabus responds to the current industry needs and will be constantly upgraded to incorporate change in industry requirements.
The process we follow has been formulated after thorough research and meticulous planning. The actual training process is practical oriented with special emphasis on industry exposure.
Our training sessions are for 6 hours daily. The following is the process we follow:
The theory sessions have our faculty explaining in detail the fundamental application of projects and related topics.
The practical sessions at Arrays Education see the students performing the assignments under the supervision of experienced trainers. Further, these assignments are given to the candidate to be performed independently, which in turn enhances the confidence level of the individual. The progress reports explain the growth and skill of the student. However, the trainers can be consulted if the students are facing any difficulties while solving the assignments.
Weekly Reviews and Feedbacks
During the training, every weekend the students and their trainers are required to sign the review and feedback sheets, so that a proper record of student’s progress is evaluated. Firstly, the skill and weak areas of the students are identified and then the faculty works in strengthening the weak areas of the student. Timely assessments of assignments also help to track the progress of the student.
Guest Lectures
Guest lecture’s help in making our students familiar with the latest technological developments of our sector. The invitations are sent to eminent personalities from the niche domains to share their first hand knowledge and experience with our students. Thus, enhancing the knowledge level of our students.
Live Projects
The students are assigned with Live Projects where they are required to work on the projects in the company itself. This program provides the practical knowledge to our students. This gives the complete feel of the professional atmosphere in the industry, and helps them prepare better for the actual professional life more like an on job training. During the Live Projects, the students are expected to work independently by applying the principles taught during the course. In any case, if the students face any difficulty during the project, they can approach the assigned mentor who in turn guides them accordingly.
