The training process has been formulated after thorough research and meticulous planning. We strive to keep our students familiar with the latest technologies being used in the industry. The actual training process is practical oriented with special emphasis on industry exposure.

The Process: Theory Sessions-

During the theory sessions, the faculty member explains each topics in detail. The theory sessions are mainly stresses on clearing the fundamentals application of projects and related topics.

Practical Sessions -

During the practical sessions, the student performs practical under the supervision of the well experienced trainers. After conducting the practical, the assignments are given to be performed by the students independently which enhances the confidence levels of the students. The final stage is to collect the report of the student progress. The trainers are consulted if the students are facing any difficulties while solving the assignments.

Weekly Reviews and Feedbacks -

At the end of every week, the students and the trainers are required to sign the review and feedback sheets, so that they can keep track of the student’s progress over the week. During this process, the forte and weak areas of the students are identified and then faculty work to strengthen the weak points of the students. Timely assessments of assignments also help to track the progress of the student.

Guest Lectures -

In order to ensure that our students are familiar with the latest technological developments, we arrange Guest Lectures. The invitations were send to the lecture of eminent personalities from the niche domains to share their knowledge and experience with our students. This process enhances the knowledge level of our students.

Live Projects -

The students are assigned by Live Projects where they are required to work on the projects in the Company premises. This program provides the practical knowledge to our student. This gives the complete feel of the professional atmosphere in the industry, and helps them prepare better for the actual professional life. During the Live Projects, the students are expected to work independently by applying the principles taught during the course. In any case, if student face any difficulty during project, then they are able to approach the assigned mentors who will guide them accordingly.
